These Terms and Conditions apply to, and are binding upon you if you Participate at www.betway.dk (the ‘Online Casino’ and/or ‘Mobile Casino’).
By Participating, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to you.

In these Terms and Conditions:

“CASINO” means the Online Casino and the Mobile Casino.
“CLOSED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT” means an account that has been closed, deregistered or excluded by either us or you;

“PARTICIPATE” and any cognate thereof means, without limitation, any of the conduct described in 4.1. to 4.8 below, visiting the website playing any Games, or using the Software in any manner whatsoever;
“REGISTERED CUSTOMER” means a person who has registered with us in the manner as described in clause 3.2 and who has opened an account with us;
the “SERVICE” means the availability to, and provision of Software that enables you to Participate;
“SOFTWARE” means any software owned by or licensed to us in order for you to Participate, or any downloadable, flash, mobile game versions of the software offered at Betway;
“WE/US/OUR” means Betway Limited, in all matters pertaining to the Games, together with (where context permits) their holding companies and associated companies;

Betway is a brand managed Betway Limited (C39710) a Maltese registered company whose registered address is 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira, GZR 1300, Malta. All transactions between the You and Betway take place in Malta where the principal servers are based.
The player’s gaming contract is held with Betway Limited. Betway Limited is the company who supplies the gaming service to the Player.
Unless otherwise stated, “Betway” , “we”, “us” or “our” refers collectively to Betway Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors.

3. YOUR PARTICIPATION AT BETWAY
You may only participate at Betway if you are 18 years of age or older.

3.2 IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION
To play at Betway, you are required to enter your Civil Registration Number (CPR) during the registration process. This act acknowledges your consent for Betway to obtain additional information, either via internal means or a third party, for the purpose of verifying your identification. If Betway is unable to verify your identity within one month of registration, your account will be locked.
3.3 IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION
There may be occasion for Betway to request you send in valid identification documents proving your age and address. Withdrawals will not be permitted until we have received the requisite identification documentation. For further information please see our registration page. Acceptable identification documentation includes, but is not limited to:
i. Your CPR number
ii.copy of a valid photographic identification document, such as a Passport or Driver’s License ; and
iii.copy of a recent utility bill confirming residence, such as an electricity bill, telephone bill etc. (the utility bill must be less than 3 months old);
iv. copy of a recent credit / debit / bank account statement (note: the account statement must relate to a financial method used and must not be older than 3 months).
Payment of any cash-in may only be made to a Registered Customers. You hereby authorise us and our designated agents, as and when we require, to confirm your identity and to confirm and verify your right to use the money that you wager at Betway.
You accept that Participation at Betway is at your sole option, discretion and risk. Furthermore, you are only allowed to enter the Casino for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use and, in doing so, are acting on your own behalf.
3.5 ACCEPTABLE USE
You represent, warrant and agree that you will comply with all laws, statutes and regulations in relation to your use of the Software and Service. We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Software or the Service by you. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to assist us, to the extent that you are able, with the compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
4.1 SINGLE ACCOUNT
You may only open and operate a single account. If you hold more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to you) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving a single active account.
You are asked to keep your registration details up to date. If you change your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information please contact us in order to update your account information.
When you register a Mobile Casino account you must choose your own user name and password combination. You are asked to keep this information secret. Any actions carried out through your account will be considered valid by Betway if your user name and password have been entered correctly.
4.4 VERIFICATION OF BANK DETAILS
If you use a credit or debit card for transactions at Betway, the cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name you used when registering with the site. Should the name you used when registering and the name that appears on your credit or debit card differ in any way, your account will be immediately suspended. If your account is suspended, you can contact us for details regarding our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site. If a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card. Supension may result in retention of winnings. See also "4.8 Suspended Accounts".
4.5 NO LIABILITY
Betway shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with your Participation; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the casino, its content or any errors or omissions in the Website's content. Betway reserves the right to close or suspend your account.
4.6 TEMPORARY ACCOUNT
Following completion of the registration process, and until such a time as Betway has verified your identity, you will be given access to a temporary account. The temporary account is governed by the following limitations:

4.7 PASSIVE/DORMANT ACCOUNTS
4.7.1 Inactive Accounts
Betway will consider the bonus account balance to be voided after 6 months of inactivity. These funds will be transferred to Betway.
Betway will consider an account to be inactive after a period of 12 months after the last financial transaction.
An administration fee of 50 DKK will be deducted from an inactive account on a monthly basis until such a time as the account is no longer in credit, has become active once again, or has been inactive for a period exceeding 30 months. The first fee will be charged at the end of the 12th month after the last financial transaction was recorded.
4.7.2 Dormant Accounts
Should Betway consider an account to be dormant for a period exceeding 30 months, it will be deactivated / locked. If the account holds a balance, Betway shall attempt to contact you with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, the remaining account balance (if any) shall be cleared from the account.
4.8 SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS
Betway reserves the right to close or terminate your account at its sole discretion, should you be suspected of:
You will be notified of Betway’s decision via letter or e-mail and, if the suspension leads to the retention of winnings, a documented copy of the decision will be sent to the Danish Gambling Authority. During the suspension period, it will not be possible for you to unlock the account.
4.9 SELF-EXCLUDED ACCOUNTS
You will be provided with the means to temporarily or permanently self-exclude yourself from participation at Betway. Having received a request for self-exclusion, Betway will immediately suspend your account.
In the instance of a Permanent Self-Exclusion request, Betway will contact you with a view to returning any remaining funds held in the account balance – less bonus money. For further details, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page.
4.10 FUNDS STILL IN PLAY
Should you exit a game while there are still funds in play, a dialogue box reminding you to complete the game will appear each time you enter the casino for a period of up to 90 days. If, after 90 days, the game has not been completed, all funds still in play will be swept and transferred to Betway.
4.11 INTER-ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited.
Any monies held in your account shall not attract interest.
Play on credit is prohibited at Betway.
5. PAYMENT DETAILS / WITHDRAWALS
5.1 IDENTIFICATION CHECKS
Betway must have successfully verified your identification, either via internal means or a third party, before you can withdraw from your gaming account.
5.2 CREDIT CHECKS
Betway reserves the right to run credit checks on all cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules.
In accordance with Betway’s Withdrawal Policy, the minimum withdrawal amount is 200 DKK. Any withdrawals made by direct bank transfer (DBT) will only be made payable to the name entered during registration. If a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds, the name registered on the account must correspond to the name registered on the card, see also 4.4. Verification of bank details. Should your chosen withdrawal payment methods incur a charge, full details will be provided within our Banking system. Funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit.

5.5 UPDATING PAYMENT DETAILS
Updating or adding additional payment details for the purpose of a withdrawal may only be done by contacting Customer Support.
5.6 PAYMENT REVERSALS
Should you enter incorrect details during the withdrawal process for a payment via credit card and/or DBT, an administration fee of 190 kr. (credit card) and 250 kr. (DBT) will be charged for the payment to be reversed.
A new payment, less the reversal fee, will be issued using the correct details upon notification from the end merchant that funds have been successfully returned to Betway.
6.1 SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may, from time to time, offer certain promotions and competitions which may have separate terms, conditions and rules that are competition- or promotion- specific. All promotions, bonuses or special credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.
In the event and to the extent of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the promotion- or competition- specific terms and conditions, the promotion- or competition- specific terms and conditions shall prevail. Bonus Bets cannot be transferred or cashed-in.
6.2 ABUSE OF THE BONUS SYSTEM
If we believe that you are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or promotion, or are likely to personally benefit through the abuse of a gambling policy operated by Betway, we may at our sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from you any bonus or promotion. We may also void any policy which is being abused, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to our Services and/or suspend your account. In such circumstances, Betway shall be under no obligation to refund to you any amount that may be in your account other than your original deposited amount.
6.3 RIGHT TO RESCIND
Betway reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.

You agree that we may from time to time use a cookie and Active X components on your disk to save information (such as user name, password, other personal details, email address) so you do not have to re-enter this information each time you visit Betway. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, or tamper with the Intellectual Property in any manner whatsoever.
8.2 You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use of such material and content is strictly prohibited.
8.3 We hereby grant you a license to download and use the Software in order to Participate, subject to these Terms and Conditions. All rights in the Software are reserved, and you may use the Software only as licensed to you.
9. INTERRUPTIONS IN PLAY
9.1 NO WARRANTIES
The Service and the Software are provided on a “as is” basis. We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Service or the Software.
We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by us.
9.3 REPORTED FAULTS
We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty but we will correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs you should report the fault by telephone or e-mail to our customer service centre.
Although we shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Software and files are free from computer viruses we cannot and do not guarantee that the Software and files are free of such problems. It is your responsibility to protect your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.
9.5 SERVICE SUSPENSION
We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Service, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after such temporary suspension.
9.6 VOIDED BETS
In the event of a system malfunction, all unconfirmed bets are void. We are not liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
Customer complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 3 months of the issue occurring.
IMPORTANT: to ensure your complaint/claim is directed to and investigated by the correct department, the written communication must submitted to Betway.dk via the following means:

b) your registered First Name and Surname

Note: failure to submit the communication as outlined above will result in your complaint/claim not being appropriately categorised and investigated for a timely resolution.
Upon receipt, best efforts will be made to resolve any reported matter promptly and, at a maximum, within 14 days. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint/claim, you may contact eCOGRA, the internationally accredited player protection and standards organisation, and submit a Dispute Form.
Betway reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove or add to the Website any games or software at its sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice. We shall not be held liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any changes made or for any modification or suspension of or discontinuance of the Software or Services and you shall have no claims against Betway in such regard.
10. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

iii. Use or re-use of any materials at, or obtained from, the Website or any other source whatsoever;
iv. Entry to, or use of or re-use of the Website server;
v. Facilitating or making a deposit into your account at Betway;
vi. Wagering or gaming at Betway through any delivery mechanism offered;
vii. Acceptance and use of any win or prize at or from Betway; and
viii. Use or re-use of Betway software, by any means or through any medium.
10.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall we, our directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, affiliates, our ultimate parent and parent companies and any of our subsidiaries be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any loss or damage howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, or for any amounts whatsoever (even where we have been notified by you of the possibility of such loss or damage).
Betway shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your use, of any link contained on the Website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will operate so as to exclude any liability of the company for fraud, death or personal injury that is caused by the company's negligence.
11. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS
All offers are limited to one per person, per family, per household address, per e-mail address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc), and shared computer (eg. school, public library or workplace). All Betway offers are intended for recreational players and Betway may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of players to participate in any promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any player.
11.2 OFFER RECALL
Betway reserves the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a Betway promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or group of players, which as a result of enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed player profits irrespective of outcome, Betway reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds. 15.2 NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE
Betway does not provide advice regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors.
15.3 NO ARBITRAGE
You are strictly prohibited from utilising Betway and it systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Betway deems that you have deliberately used the systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from your balance without warning or notification.
15.4 ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
Players are strictly prohibited from using Betway and its systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer. You must not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you. If Betway suspects that you may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, money laundering activities or any conduct which violates these Terms and Conditions, your access to Betway will be terminated immediately and your account may be blocked. If your account is terminated or blocked under such circumstances, Betway is under no obligation to refund to you any money that may be in your account. In addition Betway shall be obliged to inform the Danish Gambling Authority, other online service providers, banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institution of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity. You will cooperate fully with any Betway investigation into such activity.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling and you are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that your participation at Betway is at your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to your losses you shall have no claims whatsoever against Betway or any partner, or respective directors, officers or employees.
16.2 ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Employees of Betway, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the games.
16.3 TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Betway reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notifying you. Any balance in your account at the time of such a cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by cheque. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Betway account in any of the following circumstances:
i. If you have more than one active account at Betway;
ii. If the name on your Betway account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits on the Betway account;
iii. If you participate in a promotion and submit a withdrawal before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
iv. If you provide incorrect or misleading information when registering an account with Betway;
v. If you are not of legal age to gamble;
vi. If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play using your Betway account;
vii. If you have played in a professional capacity or in tandem with other Player(s) as part of a club, group, etc. Betway is for sole use on an individual basis for personal entertainment only;
viii. If you have "charged back" any of the deposits made with your credit card on your Betway account;
ix. If you are found colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking any kind of fraudulent activity at Betway;
x. If it is determined by Betway that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as bots etc) designed specifically to defeat the gaming system or Betway;
xi. If you use our Website, software or your account in bad faith;
xii. If you make statements that are sexually explicit or offensive while using our chat facility, this includes expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity;
xiii. If Betway should become aware that you have played at any other Casino under any of the circumstances set out at (i) to (xii) above.
By accepting any prize and/or winnings from Betway, you consent to your name being used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
16.5 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and Betway and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and Betway with regards to playing at Betway. Betway reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of Management and put into immediate effect.
16.6 IRREGULAR PLAY
Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming; equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Should Betway deem that you have indulged in irregular game play, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or to confiscate all of your winnings.
16.7 FINAL DECISION
In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your software and Betway’s server software, the result showing on the Betway server software shall be the official and governing result.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from Betway.
16.9 FORCE MAJEURE
Betway shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the gaming contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
16.10 NO AGENCY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or any other form of joint enterprise between you and us.
If any of the Terms & Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, Betway's original intent.
